  2. MIME Types

    Let us set MIME Types up for our sites. Recently i have found that i have needed to add .LESS to IIS to allow it to use the pre-compiler.

    Please can you allow us to set the MIME type, and the Extension please

    It is not posible to attach files in support a Ticket. It would be really useful.

    Ability to edit FTP passwords or at least set the FTP password length... Some services do not allow passwords over 32 characters...

    This is already allowed however you must implement using SMTP authentication for PHP mail to work properly. This is easy to do if you have a WordPress application for example. Please let us know if you need anything else.

  8. Set default focus to textbox on 2FA login page

    Set the default focus to the textbox that accepts the code when going to the 2 factor authentication page. Currently, users must click into the textbox before typing the 2FA code. It would save a click for every person that logs in. It's a small request, but would help all users that use 2FA login faster.

    We do allow domain registrations via the control panel. This can be done under the Domains menu where you can purchase or transfer domain names. To attach a domain to your CloudSite that is done under the Domains tab of your CloudSite.

  17. Mention date in Job Scheduler logs

    At this time the log of the job scheduler shows the time of execution, but not the date. After the update of last week, my job was no longer running, but I could not see this in the logs as there is no date shown.

    This is what is shown right now:
    12:59 Dec 2014 (UTC) Request successfully executed with HTTP code 200 in 6.1s
    12:49 Dec 2014 (UTC) Request successfully executed with HTTP code 200 in 2.2s

    So could you please format the date and time? e.g. 12:49 21 Dec 2014 (UTC)

    Sorry. Don't see a better way to tell you guys. Type error on your pricing page. https://www.gearhost.com/pricing In the following sentence:

    If you use your CloudSite for less than 672 hours during the month, your will be billed for each hour that you used it.

    ... the second "your" in the sentence should be "you", or it should be "your account".

    I just happened to notice this and thought I would let you know.

  20. Would be desirable to host mail services with website to let everything be in one place

    Currently, i run a company, and i have chosen gear host for hosting the websites for the company. Now i have to look for an email provider also to have the full job done.
