  2. Fix Type error on https://www.gearhost.com/pricing

    Sorry. Don't see a better way to tell you guys. Type error on your pricing page. https://www.gearhost.com/pricing In the following sentence:

    If you use your CloudSite for less than 672 hours during the month, your will be billed for each hour that you used it.

    ... the second "your" in the sentence should be "you", or it should be "your account".

    I just happened to notice this and thought I would let you know.

  3. Mention date in Job Scheduler logs

    At this time the log of the job scheduler shows the time of execution, but not the date. After the update of last week, my job was no longer running, but I could not see this in the logs as there is no date shown.

    This is what is shown right now:
    12:59 Dec 2014 (UTC) Request successfully executed with HTTP code 200 in 6.1s
    12:49 Dec 2014 (UTC) Request successfully executed with HTTP code 200 in 2.2s

    So could you please format the date and time? e.g. 12:49 21 Dec 2014 (UTC)

  5. Allow sub domain to be pointed to specific folder

    For better web site loading performance and security point of view, is good to have a sub domain (e.g. admin.yourdomain.com, cdn.yourdomain.com) that can pointed to specific folder

    When you open the CloudSite list which of your domains are using that one.

  7. Improve the billing reporting

    Right now, the billing tab is pretty bare-bones. I can see how much I've been "charged" for this month, but I'd like to be able to see a projection of how much this month's total would be, given current usage. I'd like to be able to see previous months' totals.

    Also, the "View Details" button prompts me to download a file called "UsagePdf", with no extension. I'd rather have a properly-named file, preferably with a date/time stamp as part of the filename, so that I don't over-write previous files.

  9. Allow us to use 3rd Party DNS managers

    Allow us to use 3rd Party DNS management such as Cloudflare.

    Cloudflare provide greater control over our domain names, otherwise we are limited to what you have provided which is good, but very basic.

  10. Encrypted email by default

    Have encrypted email on web and on mail clients. We already pay for email, should be encrypted.
