An error occurred while saving the comment We have started this project and should be available in about 3 weeks.
An error occurred while saving the comment We currently allow this via databases but to do this at a CloudSite level we are exploring this option to either allow only a chargeable option or allow you to export your backups to cloud based storage such as dropbox, one drive or google drive.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is not planned at this time since restoring a database via the control panel is much easier and faster. To do this via FTP would require to login to your control panel, get your FTP credentials, upload your file, go back to your control panel and select the file for restore. This may be applicable to multiple GB databases but with home internet speeds well over 100mbps on average and only getting faster I don't think this really warrants the development time. I would like to see some more comments as to why customers want this feature as the control panel interface works just fine.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks Christer for the suggestion. This is being worked on. We are planning on offering a feature where you can allow us to auto scale your site for you based on limits that you set such as a budget and length of time. More details to come...

An error occurred while saving the comment Renames is not possible at this time or proposed in the future however duplicating a CloudSite is technically possible. Perhaps we'll have to think about that if more people up vote this.

An error occurred while saving the comment This feature is planned for after the initial release of Octane. We will offer the ability to automatically scale your site based on a schedule and/or based on resources such as cpu, memory, etc.
We are very excited to let you guys know that LON1 (London UK) will be online by the end of January.
