Add HttpPlatformHandler for Asp.net 5 support
Asp.net 5 (now beta 8) needs extension HttpPlatformHandler by Microsoft. Can you install HttpPlatformHandler for the free plan, so we can test ASP.NET 5 beforehand.

When it's released in production we will offer it but at this time it is not production ready.
