There should be plan for 10 mb to 100 mb database
10 mb sql database size is too less in free plan so there should be 10 mb to 100 mb plan with very less price.

Not sure I understand. Simply scale your database to paid and you can store unlimited data, it starts with 1GB included and can scale past 10GB.
