Allowing the user to change the timezone of the database
I wanted to change the timezone on the database, but I couldn't. Other than that, you are a great host.

I am not sure what you mean. You cannot change the time zone information as no host would allow this. Your code should always be programmed to not be reliant on the host time zone so that you can change the location without any code changes.
