Use pending credits earned by referrals for paying the bills
In my case:
I owe you 6, but you owe me 25 and my account still got locked down...

What you see is the pending referral balance. Everyone you refer gets $10 in credit. Once they’ve accumulated $25 in billings, you get $25. There is no limit on the amount of credit you can earn through referrals.
