I have a Let's Encrypt free certificate on my website with a Hobby plan. I understand that the auto-renewal comes with more expensive plans. I am fine to renew manually, but the problem is that I cannot renew without deleting the existing certificate. In other words, my website will appear insecure to visitors while I am renewing the cert.

So, I suggest to add an option to renew the certificate without deleting it, so that there is no https "downtime".

One way would be to allow choosing the domain that already has the let's encrypt cert active, and that would delete and recreate the cert for me. Currently I cannot choose the domain that already has this cert to issue a new cert.
