Possible bug in portal Config > connection string for database password w/special characters (<>)?
It fails to save, with an error. Resetting the password to one without those characters fixed the problem

Found the issue you were talking about with regards to the < symbol. This has been fixed.

I'm not sure what section you are talking about. I was able to create a new user with the password that included "<", ">" and "!" with no problem. Can you step me through the issue?
