  1. Upgrade MySQL

    Would it be possible to upgrade MySQL? Looks like the version I'm on is 5.7 but I am trying to run analytic / windowing functions and I think I need at least version 8.

  2. Tickets in the customer portal should appear in a logical order

    Currently they are displayed in a seemingly random order. A more sensible way would be to sort first by status and then by date in descending order.

  3. Containers - Docker or OpenStack

    Possibility of up containers, similar to the Docker, some images ready, configure the server itself.

  4. Move domains between CloudSites

    Be able to move a domain from one CloudSite to another.

  5. File Server Hosting

    It should have less computation power and more high speed bandwidth and file storage capcity. Like amazon S3 and other file sharing servers
