Lo que me gustaría saber es que si tienen respaldo, copia de seguridad. Así con un error que pasa con la Base de Datos, se puede recuperar.

Add Renew option for Let's encrypt certificate
I have a Let's Encrypt free certificate on my website with a Hobby plan. I understand that the auto-renewal comes with more expensive plans. I am fine to renew manually, but the problem is that I cannot renew without deleting the existing certificate. In other words, my website will appear insecure to visitors while I am renewing the cert.
So, I suggest to add an option to renew the certificate without deleting it, so that there is no https "downtime".
One way would be to allow choosing the domain that already has the let's encrypt cert active, and that would…

SQL Server Contained Database
A description of the feature including its benefits can be found here:
I would like it because it allows for managing users with password login at the database level instead of at the instance level. It is a feature that can be opted into on a per database basis once the capability is enabled for the instance. It would also mean I could develop locally and then deploy the database to your servers, including users.
My use case is having the ability to configure multiple users that can login with different permissions. A read only user, for example, or…

Tickets in the customer portal should appear in a logical order
Currently they are displayed in a seemingly random order. A more sensible way would be to sort first by status and then by date in descending order.

Add "Last Hour" as a timeframe for the Dashboard
Add "Last Hour" as a timeframe for the Dashboard. Currently, the shortest timeframe is 6 hours. This would be good for testing your website with more CPU and memory intenstive apps.

Add Memory Usage Trend on the Dashboard
I would like to suggest adding Memory Usage to the trends on the Dashboard. Currently, the CPU usage, drive space, and bandwidth can be tracked for the last 6 hours, day, and week, but RAM usage is only an instantaneous data point. Hard to tell if you are close to the max before your site just shuts down for the rest of the hour. This would help in knowing if it's time to upgrade to a beefier plan.
