Do not block sites
Do not block a site directly when it goes out of limits. That is irresponsible. Instead, let the user select what should happen when a site goes out or limits. I want my site to auto-upgrade and if there is a problem that caused it to go out of limits, I can correct it and downgrade later. Other users that has less critical sites (are there any?) can choose to have the site blocked instead. Most fair would be to send out a warning though, and block after 12 hours or something. I hope you listen.

Add Memory Usage Trend on the Dashboard
I would like to suggest adding Memory Usage to the trends on the Dashboard. Currently, the CPU usage, drive space, and bandwidth can be tracked for the last 6 hours, day, and week, but RAM usage is only an instantaneous data point. Hard to tell if you are close to the max before your site just shuts down for the rest of the hour. This would help in knowing if it's time to upgrade to a beefier plan.

Allow the option for wildcard records in the Domain DNS.
Currently if one wants a subdomain, you have to create a new "Domain' from the Domains panel. It would be better to allow wildcard A records so that subdomains don't have to be explicitly created in DNS.

FTP Database Restore
It would be nice if I could FTP a .bak file to my webroot or /data/ folder and do a restore on the database from that location.
FTP is better at session management for large transfers than HTTP is and this will avoid customer timeout issues restoring databases.

allow for renames and copies
It would be great to allow you to rename a cloud site. It would also be great to make a copy of an existing site into a new (or existing) site. For example to make a QA/test link from an existing production site, or be able to go the other way as needed as well.
